Declutter your inbox - Or else…

By Arabella Chamberlain

How many of you never check your email? Or do you find yourself skimming through the 50+ emails Coe’s numerous clubs send out daily? I know I can barely go a few hours without looking at my inbox before I’m inundated with too many unread emails to count. It can be quite overwhelming at times! I often wonder if I’m missing out on the dozens of fun and exciting events Coe offers all the time. However, fret not! Start off the semester strong and reorganize (or maybe even delete!) old emails from last semester and then, start organizing your emails from this semester. While it’s really important to keep updated about the latest news on campus, don’t lose track of important info from a professor or boss or the minutes from your favorite club or the deadline to register for an exciting event. It takes only a few minutes to create a couple labels on Gmail to sort the latest news and it truly simplifies the process of emailing back that professor about an assignment, finding where a club meeting has been moved to, or letting your boss know you can cover someone’s shift. Don’t miss out - declutter your inbox!
